All'interno della Divisione Moda, a riporto del Tutor di riferimento, entrerai a far parte della Boutique CHANEL di Firenze e contribuirai allo sviluppo delle vendite offrendo alla clientela locale e internazionale il miglior servizio con l'obiettivo di:
Far vivere ai Clienti un'esperienza di vendita di qualità secondo le linee guida della Maison assicurando un'accoglienza che permetta di creare una buona relazione con essi
Gestire le obiezioni dei Clienti in modo efficace e proattivo
Interagire e collaborare con lo staffdel tuo perimetro di competenza
Conoscere le dinamiche all'interno del mondo del Lusso e gli standard di immagine previsti dalla Boutique

Profilo

Le tue caratteristiche saranno:
Diploma di istruzione superiore e/o Laurea
Forte interesse e motivazione a lavorare nel settore della Moda e del Lusso
Orientamento alla collaborazione ed allo spirito di squadra
Buone doti relazionali da sviluppare all'interno di un ambiente multiculturale
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
Disponibilità a lavorare full-time per un totale di 40h settimanali, su turnazioni che prevedono anche la domenica
