Role Overview

This dynamic position involves a wide range of responsibilities. You will oversee personnel, operations, service levels, and process enhancements. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient execution of all departmental activities. By providing guidance to your team, improving quality and productivity, and leading process optimization initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in our success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20-60 employees, including 2-4 direct reports
  • Optimize operational processes to meet organizational objectives
  • Assist in implementing new systems and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
