We're actively looking for a Performance Marketing & Digital Advertising Specialist to support our digital acquisition department and contribute to the growth of our Marketing Tech proposition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the lead generation strategy for car dealers
  • Manage multiple structured accounts, owning the strategy and the execution of the campaigns
  • Manage online marketing campaigns in Social Advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook), SEM, Display and re-targeting campaigns (Google Ads, Criteo etc)
  • Analyse data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Create and manage accurate reports for clients with campaign metrics, insights and observations
Requirements
  • 2/3 years of experience on lead acquisition marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, Email Marketing etc).
  • Previous experience in managing structured digital campaigns with relevant monthly budget
  • Knowledge of digital advertising technologies and advanced analytics/tracking tools (e.g Smartly, Leadsbridge, SEMRush, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio etc)
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyse KPIs and take decisions based on insights to maximize performance
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar major
  • Good communication and presentation skills
