Context


The Site Program Management Office advise, consult, monitor and report to the Site Leadership Team on projects and/or programs in conjunction with business leads, who have the responsibility for delivering the site strategy deployment plan.

The Program Management Office grants safety, performance quality, customers and stakeholder's satisfaction overseeing the full project portfolio and coordinating a program leads team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.


Project Intern Description

The PMO Intern is accountable for:

  • Support the Site Program Management Office with project and resource management data maintenance and resource review
  • Support the implementation of a new set of tools incl. apps and dashboards for project and resource planning and project and businessasusual resource workload visualization
  • Facilitate the site adoption process with training and support
  • Assist PMO program managers in leading site strategic programs in other site functions
  • Support site continuous improvement initiatives such as Zoning and 5S

Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience
Internship duration: 6 months

Start date:
March/April 2023

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Undergraduate studying Master in Management Engineering or Business Economics. Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analytics and PowerPoint for presentations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Power BI (preferred not mandatory)
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English languages (C1 level)
  • Strong drive for performance and attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and problemsolve
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations
