**Business Analyst**
La risorsa, all'interno della divisione IT Compliance, sarà coinvolta in progetti legati alla trasformazione digitale nell'ambito **Business Excellence**.
In particolar modo, si occuperà di:
- Assicurare il rispetto delle norme e degli standard di settore per i progetti digitali
- Analizzare i bisogni aziendali e determinare i requisiti per i progetti digitali.
- Supportare la definizione delle strategie per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Supportare la valutazione delle proposte d'investimento digitali ed i potenziali benefici attesi.
- Supportare la creazione dei piani di progetto e la definizione delle milestones di completamento.
- Gestire la comunicazione tra i vari stakeholder, assicurando che tutte le parti interessate siano informate e coinvolte nei progetti.
- Monitorare e condividere lo stato d'avanzamento dei progetti, identificando i problemi e proponendo soluzioni per risolverli.
- Collaborare con i team interfunzionali per garantire che le iniziative digitali vengano implementate in modo efficace.
Sono richieste, oltre ad una **ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese**, buona capacità di problem solving, di gestione del tempo e di team working. Si richiede disponibilità alla mobilità geográfica, soprattutto in ambito nazionale.
**Requisiti**
Sono richieste le seguenti competenze:
- Forti capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi.
- Eccellenti competenze di comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder.
- ** Esperienza con strumenti di analisi e visualizzazione dei dati** (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
- Forti competenze di Project Management / Eccellenza Operativa e capacità di lavorare in team in un contesto dinamico ed internazionale.
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, parlato e scritto (livello C1)
