Senior Product Manager
(Tax, Labour & Corporate BU)
La risorsa, inserita nella business Unit "Tax, Labour & Corporate Services", rispondendo al Sales Director e coordinando un pool di risorse, avrà il compito di promuovere ed espandere le vendite partecipando all'attuazione di un piano strategico per lo sviluppo del mercato di riferimento.
Nel dettaglio avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Partecipazione attiva alla definizione del piano strategico per lo sviluppo del mercato assegnato facendo leva su elementi cardine della proposta commerciale (prezzo, prodotto, tipologia di servizio, contenuti, promozioni) con uno sguardo ai competitor ed ai trend emergenti;
- Monitoraggio dell'andamento delle vendite sia in termini di marginalità che di volumi prevedendo azioni correttive in accordo al Sales Director ed in sinergia con i responsabili di redazione;
- Definizione e supervisione dell'attuazione dei piani marketing di comunicazione delle linee di prodotto assegnate e relative campagne, al fine di rafforzare "Brand Awareness" e "Market-Share";
- Gestione dei canali di vendita (retail, e- commerce, rete agenti..) e delle iniziative volte ad armonizzarne l'efficacia nel rispetto delle "price policy" identificata a livello di Gruppo;
- Proposizione e identificazione di strumenti di reportistica atti a tracciare l'efficacia delle azioni intraprese monitorando l'andamento delle vendite e la marginalità delle stesse in termini di costi e ricavi;
- Promozione, in sinergia con la Direzione Commerciale, dell'organizzazione di eventi di settore ed occasioni di scambio con i clienti al fine di consolidare ed espandere le partnership esistenti ed acquisire nuovi prospect;
- Direzione ed orientamento delle attività utili alla gestione della "Customer Satisfaction" dal monitoraggio del post-vendita all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Titolo di studi: Diploma di Laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche o titolo equivalente;
- Esperienze professionali : precedente solida esperienza in ruolo analogo maturata presso società di servizi con un orientamento B2B con una predilezione per players del settore dell'editoria professionale;
- Competenze informatiche: utilizzo evoluto del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel) inserito ad una professionalità orientata al digitale e all'utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie;
- Competenze linguistiche: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo:
- Attitudine alla gestione di relazioni, anche a livello direzionale, con un approccio commerciale pragmatico, concreto ed orientato al raggiungimento dei risultati;
- Orientamento al cliente espresso nell'attitudine all'ascolto attivo ed alla comprensione delle sue esigenze promuovendo le soluzioni più efficaci volte a massimizzare la "customer satisfaction";
- Approccio flessibile orientato alla capacità di corrispondere ad esigenze interne ed esterne promuovendo soluzioni innovative ed "out of box";
- Time Management ed attitudine a lavorare con efficacia in contesti dinamici ed in continua evoluzione;
- Attitudine al coordinamento ed alla gestione di un team facendo proprio un approccio collaborativo e sinergico basato sull'ascolto e sulla valorizzazione dei contributi individuali;
- Approccio etico al mercato con una attenzione alla propagazione dei valori aziendali.
