La figura individuata si inserisce all'interno di un P&CM team che, attraverso le più attuali metodologie e strumenti riconosciuti a livello internazionale (PMI – PMBOK 7th Edition), assiste la Committente in tutte le fasi di Pianificazione, Controllo, Monitoraggio e Chiusura, nelle quali lo specifico progetto si sviluppa, contribuendo a valutare i Rischi e proporre relative strategie di mitigazione, al fine di perseguire il profilo atteso degli obiettivi di intervento.
In particolare, in affiancamento al Project & Construction Manager Senior assegnato al progetto, la risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Assistere il Project & Construction Manager nelle principali attività del Dipartimento, nelle fasi di Progettazione ed Esecuzione dell'opera: Time Planning & Monitoring, Cost Control, Risk Analysis, Client-Side Control of Architect, Tender Management, Construction Management, Follow up Licences;
- Pianificare ed aggiornare Requisiti, Tempi, Costi, Rischi dell'intervento nell'intero processo, in collaborazione con tutti gli stakeholder interessati;
- Partecipare ai tavoli tecnici con professionisti ed imprese, controlla lo stato dei lavori e coordinare le azioni atte a finalizzare gli obiettivi di progetto;
- Predisporre tutti gli elaborati di pianificazione, gestione, verifica (check list) e presentazioni utili a perseguire i risultati di commessa;
- Organizzare e coordinare il team tecnico, sulla base del flusso di lavoro;
- Aggiornare quotidianamente il monitoraggio del processo di progettazione e costruzione;
- Collaborare nella negoziazione dei termini degli accordi, delle bozze di contratto, nell'ottenimento e verifica delle pratiche autorizzative;
- Contribuire all'analisi, gestione e mitigazione dei rischi, attuando un approccio di anticipazione critica delle attività e delle fasi di programma;
- Assicurare la qualità progettuale e costruttiva attesa, attraverso adeguate e riconosciute tecniche costruttive, anche mediante procedure di Value Engineering.
