Per azienda operante nel settore dei poliuretani espansi situata in zona Asi Nola (NA) si ricerca un RESPONSABILE DI IMPIANTO PRODUTTIVO.

Mansioni:

- Pianificare l'attività produttiva delle commesse
- Monitorare il rispetto dei programmi di produzione assegnati, degli standard di efficienza, e di qualità del prodotto
- Interfacciarsi con i clienti
- Supervisionare ed organizzare il lavoro delle risorse umane
- Gestire il flusso dei materiali in ingresso ed in uscita
- Organizzare gli interventi di manutenzione degli impianti produttivi

Requisiti:

- Laurea in ambito economico-gestionale e/o diploma tecnico
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella mansione
- Dimestichezza con strumentazioni informatiche
- Capacità commerciali e di negoziazione
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituirà un surplus preferenziale
- Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, leadership, problem solving, comunicazione efficace

Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno valutate in fase di selezione, sulla base delle effettive competenze.

Sede di lavoro: Via Boscofangone zona Asi Nola (Na)

Orario di lavoro: Lun - Ven Sabato

Contratto di lavoro: Somministrazione

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Straordinario
- Tredicesima
