We are searching for a Guide and Tour Leader Coordinator to join our awesome Meeters team The perfect candidate will be in charge of discovering and bringing in new guides and tour leaders, maintaining high engagement levels, and handling business relationships.

What will you be doing? Role highlights:
  • Identify, recruit, and choose new guides and tour leaders that meet Meeters' top standards.
  • Maintain high engagement levels with guides and tour leaders, ensuring their contentment and active participation.
  • Manage business relationships with guides and tour leaders, negotiating favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Review and approve guides' proposals, such as texts and photos, ensuring they meet Meeters' quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor and assess guides and tour leaders' performance, offering continual feedback and assistance for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Travel Team to guarantee alignment of information, tools, and procedures.

Requirements and Attitude:
  • Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry or similar positions;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and familiarity with negotiation techniques;
  • Experience in the selection and management of tour guides;
  • Effective customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Capacity to multitask and work flexible hours as needed;
  • Outstanding communication and summarization skills;
  • Proficient in Italian and English;
  • Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and dedicated to teamwork;
  • Integrity and professionalism acknowledged by peers.

Nice to have skills:
  • Extensive network of contacts among guides and tour leaders;
