siamo alla ricerca di un **EXPORT SALES MANAGER MEDICAL DEVICE**
La persona che stiamo cercando possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:
Laureata/o in tecnologia, ingegneria, economia ;
Ha seguito ulteriori corsi di formazione in marketing e/o vendite;
Ha maturato minimo 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa nelle vendite/sviluppo commerciale;
L'esperienza nel mercato dei medical device costituisce titolo preferenziale;
Esperienza nel marketing strategico internazionale, nello sviluppo del business e nella gestione di distributori internazionali
Forti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale in inglese, la conoscenza di altre lingue rappresenta un vantaggio;
Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su territorio globale;
Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza in sistemi CRM.
Per ruolo di EXPORT SALES MANAGER MEDICAL DEVICE sono previste le seguenti responsabilità/mansioni:
Vendita, crescita aziendale, aumentare il margine medio con obiettivi trimestrali e annuali;
Avrà responsabilità per lo sviluppo della strategia e il miglioramento continuo dei piani di vendita strategici esistenti;
Negoziazione di termini e condizioni contrattuali con partner e clienti strategici;
Guidare, implementare, coordinare e monitorare progetti in affiancamento all'ufficio tecnico;
Stabilire e garantire processi, standard, modelli operativi, strutture e modelli di gestione della vendita;
Identificazione e valutazione di opportunità di crescita attraverso l'espansione del mercato (nuovi mercati di distribuzione, alleanze strategiche, partnership distributive) e nuove categorie di tecnologie/prodotti;
**Trasferte tra il 40% e 60% **del tempo in base ai periodi: per visita ai clienti e per partecipazione a fiere internazionali del settore in tutto il mondo.
**Package**:Contratto a tempo indeterminato; CCNL Metalmeccanico; RAL € a seconda della seniority + auto aziendale + carta di credito aziendale.
