**Responsabilità**:

- Garantire il superamento dei test funzionali di macchine, impianti o sistemi automatici, coerenti allo scopo di fornitura;
- Sviluppo e collaudo di dispositivi elettromeccanici per il raggiungimento delle performance e requisiti qualitativi previsti dalle specifiche tecniche.

**Mansioni**:

- Gestisce le attività di testing e collaudo della macchina, dell'impianto e di sistemi automatizzati, allo scopo di garantire le performance e i requisiti qualitativi previsti dallo scopo di fornitura in azienda e conduce la fase di collaudo nella installazione e messa in funzione presso il cliente;
- Analizza e verifica che le specifiche tecniche di machine o sistemi di terzi siano coerenti allo scopo di fornitura per il raggiungimento delle performance nel rispetto dei requisiti qualitativi dell'intero impianto;
- Assembla all'occorrenza i componenti seguendone il disegno meccanico, e/o schemi elettrici e pneumatici;
- Effettua lo smontaggio e il montaggio meccanico delle eventuali modifiche che emergono durante i test funzionali;
- Garantisce che le attività di montaggio meccanico delle soluzioni apportate siano realizzate nel rispetto dei requisiti tecnici e di qualità previsti dal protocollo di collaudo;
- Suggerisce soluzioni e proposte migliorative in fase di collaudo per avviare misure correttive;
- Provvede all'allestimento dell'area di lavoro in termini di stoccaggio materiale per test e a fare mantenere l'ordine dei materiali, il buono stato della attrezzatura nonché la pulizia dell'isola di lavoro nel rispetto della sicurezza e del metodo 5S;
- Verifica i materiali mancanti valutandone l'impatto sull'avanzamento dei collaudi;
- Partecipa al FAT interno e in presenza del cliente;
- Verifica la documentazione del progetto e la completezza delle informazioni necessarie al collaudo e alla conduzione della macchina/impianto; in caso contrario si confronta con i dipartimenti di progettazione (TPL, QPL, PM);
- In accordo col capo commessa definisce risorse, spazi e attrezzature necessarie;
- Riporta ai Dipartimenti Tecnici e a Plant Manager mancanze o errori progettuali attraverso le procedure di comunicazione e tracciabilità interna;
- Informa Controllo Qualità e Plant Manager di eventuali non conformità di forniture esterne o di produzione interna che si evidenziassero durante il collaudo.
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte mondo.

- Corsi di Formazione**:

- Diploma tecnico meccatronico

**Competenze Tecniche**:

- Ottima conoscenza del disegno meccanico, degli schemi elettrici e pneumatici;
- Conoscenza dei materiali e della componentistica di produzione;
- Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura di precisione, strumenti di laboratorio e dei principali applicativi informatici;
- Ottima manualità per montaggi e cablaggi.

**Competenze Relazionali**:

- Gestione del tempo;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e al lavoro in team;
- Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi, proattività, attitudine al problem solving.

**Competenze linguistiche**:

- Inglese: Buona orale e scritta

**Esperienza**:

- Minimo 3 anni nella stessa mansione
