**Di cosa ti occuperai?**
In qualità di **Strategy & Innovation Consultant** ti occuperai di:
- Coordinare Programmi di Open Innovation per le aziende clienti
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo del processo di Innovation, ottimizzando i processi esistenti o strutturandone di nuovi, identificando i relativi strumenti
- Contribuire alla governance dei servizi di Open Innovation offerti da EIH, gestendo il portfolio e monitorando i processi di Innovation, misurandone i relativi KPI
- Proporre, disegnare, pensare e realizzare nuovi processi di innovazione costruiti sulle esigenze delle aziende clienti o dei requisiti previsti dai bandi di finanziamento
- Intercettare need e opportunità di business - costruire offerte di servizio in linea con i desiderata corporate o PMI
- Stimare costi e tempi di ogni servizio offerto e gestione dei costi delle proprie attività
- Supportare il program leader nella gestione del budget
- Gestire la piattaforma di Innovazione collaborativa a supporto dei processi di open Innovation
**Competenze richieste per il ruolo**
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, e/o similari;
- Ottima conoscenza del mondo corporate e startup
- Motivazione a sviluppare un percorso professionale in ambito Open Innovation;
- Competenze analitiche e comunicative;
- Esperienza di 2-3 anni in:
- Gestione di progetti di Open Innovation
- Realizzazione documentale in Bandi Europei
- Esperienza diretta o di collaborazioni con Centri di Ricerca e Technology Transfer
Office
- Ottimo utilizzo pacchetto office
**Saranno considerate come preferenziale figure che inoltre avranno**:
- Livello intermedio/avanzato di inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte
- Disponibilità al trasferimento su **ROMA**
L'avvio dell'attività è previsto per il **luglio 2023.**
