The PositionAs our Senior Manager FP&A, you will enhance the commercial success of NovoNordisk by defining, implementing and monitoring relevant business processes and frameworks in the FP&A and Business Information areas.
Furthermore, you will:
Be a strong Business Partner to senior management and peers and a role model team lead guiding and
inspiring people to deliver high resultsGuide budgeting process, including defining assumptions, forecasting, uptake curves, new launches, etc.
Drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution, providing insights to the business through analytics and market research as requiredSupport the implementation of evidence-based decision making by applying thoughtful analytics to business opportunities, identifying success metrics and developing reporting to track progress against goalsSupport key stakeholders in driving performance for the whole portfolio across different therapeutic areasQualificationsTo be successful for this position you have a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or any relevant field and at least 6 yrs of similar working experience, preferably within pharmaceutical industry.
In addition, you have:
Excellent communication, presentations skills and management with confidence of various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
Bold people management with the ability to guide, motivate and inspire your team through high performance Knowledge of Italian pharmaceutical market and good network in the Italian/ European Finance CommunityFluency in English, both written and spoken, Italian language would be considered a plusAbout the DepartmentThe Finance and Operations team works to provide strategic direction to the company, ensuring that everything we do is viable and built to last.
