Importante azienda operante nel settore plastico ricerca un/a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

Verifica ed approva le registrazioni di qualità, ambiente, sicurezza ed energia
È responsabile della gestione, aggiornamento e distribuzione delle Informazioni Documentate e della compliance dei processi aziendali rispetto a tali documenti
Redige e controlla il Manuale delle Procedure e quello delle Istruzioni Operative
Collabora con l'ufficio acquisti, il Responsabile Ambiente e l'RSPP per la qualifica dei fornitori e la loro gestione relativamente alla qualità , all'ambiente ed alla sicurezza
Gestisce i dati statistici della qualità e relative analisi
Gestisce il programma, mezzi ed addetti per le verifiche interne del Sistema di Gestione (con le 4 certificazioni di Qualità, Ambiente, Sicurezza, Energia)
Gestisce, in collaborazione con il Direttore Commerciale e la Progettazione i requisiti e le specifiche di qualità richieste dai clienti, così come i piani di omologazione
Stende il piano di taratura delle apparecchiature e verifica la corretta effettuazione di questa
È responsabile della gestione, catalogazione, distribuzione delle apparecchiature per prova e misurazione.
In presenza di Non Conformità di Processo, insieme all'Operations Manager indica l'incaricato per la soluzione, supervisiona il procedimento e ne firma la chiusura
È responsabile insieme al Responsabile Progettazione e al Responsabile manutenzione della corretta taratura e conservazione delle apparecchiature per prova e misurazione.
Periodicamente consegna tutte le apparecchiature per prova e misurazione alla Progettazione o alla Manutenzione o ad un ente esterno, a seconda del tipo di strumento, per la verifica della taratura
Gestisce i reclami cliente
Gestisce alcuni piani di azione aziendali
Gestisce alcune attività di miglioramento continuo

Si richiede:
esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni nella gestione di sistemi integrati di aziende mediamente complesse
Conoscenza delle normative di rifermento
Preferibile ma non necessaria provenienza dal settore plastico
Inglese fluente

Inserimento a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza.
