**Posizione**:
In qualità di **_Junior_**_ _**_HR_**_ _**_Compensation & Benefits Analyst_**_, _entrerai a far parte del team di _Human Resources _e sarai di supporto nella gestione dei progetti della funzione Comp&Ben.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

- Supportare la propria divisione nello sviluppo dei diversi progetti (e.g. project planning, comunicazioni interne, data recovery, change management, scrittura policy)
- Contribuire alla creazione degli input iniziali e degli output finali dei processi di compensation & benefits
- Collaborare alla gestione dei processi interni (e.g. MBO, salary review, salary survey, etc)
- Monitorare costantemente il rapporto con i fornitori (e.g. ordini, documenti, contratti)
- Elaborare file Excel complessi a supporto delle varie attività

**Requisiti**:
Must Have
- Laurea in materie Economiche
- Ottimo utilizzo di Excel
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Nice to Have
- Passione per il mondo dei dati e attitudine analitica
- Approccio collaborativo e forte attenzione ai dettagli
