Interface FM offre soluzioni manutentive per clienti del settore retail di alta fascia (moda, gioielleria, lusso, tecnologia, corporate) operando nel settore della manutenzione e installazione di sistemi elettrici, idraulici, meccanici, antincendio e di condizionamento; Interface Power lavora con lo stesso target di clienti, fornendo lavori edili e di impiantistica integrati e servizi di construction management.

Interface FM e Interface Power sono controllate dalla holding GAG London Equity Capital, che ha nel suo portfolio HUB/ART Exhibition, attiva con mostre d'arte contemporanea nelle sue due gallerie d'arte (Milano, Barcellona) e sedi (Parigi, Londra).

Per il potenziamento del nostro organico interno stiamo cercando una figura di **Direttore Artistico / Communication Designer.**

**Mansioni e responsabilità**:
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della divisione Comunicazione e Marketing, e avrà il compito gestire la comunicazione di tutte le realtà gestite da GAG London Equity Capital.

**Le mansioni comprendono la gestione della comunicazione**:

- interna: come mantenere consistente il brand dal punto di vista dell'immagine e dei processi per i dipendenti, realizzare tutto quello che può servire in un ambiente corporate
- esterna: gestire i siti internet (WordPress) delle società e di HUB/ART, newsletter su MailChimp, social network), creare e dirigere l'immagine coordinata e gli asset delle società e di nuove società controllate da GAG London

**Produzione di materiale digitale e a stampa**:

- Presentazioni aziendali, slide e documenti per i rapporti con i clienti e fornitori
- Elaborati grafici a supporto delle lavorazioni edili e manutentive (adesivi, fogli di lavoro, blocchi, prespaziati, cartelli, badge, biglietti da visita)
- Materiali a stampa e digitali per la promozione degli eventi e delle mostre d'arte di HUB/ART, come cataloghi delle mostre, inviti, poster, allestimento delle mostre, post social

**Gestione e supervisione delle piattaforme di comunicazione interna ed esterna**:

- Siti web del network
- Intranet aziendale (WordPress)
- Mail aziendali (cPanel / Site Tools)
- Gestione di hosting e domini
- Newsletter esterne e comunicazioni interne via MailChimp
- Socials

**Requisiti**:
**Competenze personali e professionali**:

- 3+ anni di esperienza in azienda o agenzia in un ruolo similare
- Forti proattività e autonomia
- Ottima capacità di organizzare il lavoro e le scadenze
- Disponibile e aperta/o a collaborare e venire in aiuto ai colleghi di altri reparti
- Competenze trasversali tra media digitali e analogici
- Orientamento alla ricerca e sviluppo
- Capacità di reagire positivamente ai feedback e ricalibrare rapidamente gli elaborati di conseguenza
- Curiosità e attenzione a novità e trend in campo dell'arte, del design, della moda e dell'architettura
- Conoscenza dei principi alla base del branding (creazione, gestione e mantenimento di un'immagine coordinata coerente, consistente e solida nel tempo)
- Capacità di argomentare le scelte di design in modo chiaro e convincente
- Avere la capacità di mantenere (e far mantenere ai colleghi) consistente nel tempo ogni nuovo design (vedi: firma in calce delle mail, carte intestate, modelli per offerte e consuntivi, presentazioni aziendali )
- Self-starter sempre pronta/o a cercare nuovi modi per ottimizzare processi, attività e metodi non solo del dipartimento comunicazione, ma anche nei settori core dell'azienda

**Competenze informatiche**:

- Ottima conoscenza della Suite Adobe
- Alta competenza nel Web design con WordPress
- Basi di CSS/HTML (editing e customizzazione di temi WP)
- Conoscenza del backend di gestione di siti (cPanel e simili)
- Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office
- Conoscenza dell'ambiente di lavoro MacOS
- Conoscenza dei programmi Pages e Numbers
- Dimestichezza con Dropbox e Google Drive

**Competenze linguistiche**:

- Italiano fluente C2+
- Inglese B1+
- Altre lingue sono un plus benvenuto

**Dettagli sulla posizione**:

- Tipo di assunzione: tempo indeterminato, con periodo di prova da contratto
- Retribuzione: competitiva, commisurata all'esperienza e definita con la Direzione Aziendale.
- Disponibilità lavorativa: full time
- Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali, 8 ore al giorno, 5 giorni alla settimana
