We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales to sell company solutions in the SME market, principally focusing on PV & E-Mobility.


He/she will principally:
- generate and collect its own leads through direct commercial activity (es. LinkedIn,

Webinars, Conferences, networking, etc.) and through analysis of E.ON Customer Base
- manage and follow its own generate leads and leads assigned by the company
- visit prospects to present E.ON general offer and to collect specific needs
- prepare bids, proposals, contracts under support from E-mobility & PV proposal team
- prepare financial offers to realize the solution under support from E-mobility & PV proposal

- present bids, proposals, contracts, financial offers to prospects
- make customers sign bids, proposals, contracts and collect all necessary related documents
- coordinate with E-mobility & PV proposal and delivery teams to kick off the implementation

phase of the projects
- be customer reference for commercial issues during implementation phase
- update sales pipeline

He/she will also:
- assist, support and go with commercial agents in the most complex negotiations
- help to seek and find new commercial partners (salesman, signalers, roofers, installers, ecc.)
- support the team on the implementation of sales strategy considering day by day

Technical skills and qualification:
- at least 3 years as a technical sale or salesman selling PV, E-Mobility, Batteries, LED, CHP,

other technological solutions to SMEs and big corporations
- higher understanding of selling process related to target audience and type of technology
- good understanding of the implementation timing and processes related to the type of

technology
- good understanding of National incentive schemes ("Industria 4.0","Crediti di imposta",

"Cessione del credito", etc.)
- excellent use of Word, Excel, Power Point
- easy on learning to use new software, able to use social channel (i.e. LinkedIn) to generate

connections and leads
- higher commercial attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work cooperatively with colleagues from others department
- good level of English, both written and spoken, a plus
