FINANCIAL ANALYST - VALUTAZIONE IMPEGNI E INVESTIMENTI
La risorsa, inserita nella Direzione Finance, in particolare nella divisione Valutazione Impegni e Investimenti, si occuperà di gestire il processo decisionale per l analisi economico-finanziaria di nuove opportunità di investimento nell ambito M&A.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di:
- Costruire le ipotesi necessarie allo sviluppo di un piano economico-finanziario attraverso la raccolta delle informazioni e la loro analisi e i confronti con i diversi attori coinvolti;
- Valutare la redditività dei progetti tramite l elaborazione di modelli o interfacciandosi con advisor finanziari esterni;
- Predisporre e presentare tutte le analisi e i risultati al Top Management;
- Sviluppare modelli di valutazione finanziaria e di investimenti;
- Partecipare a team di progetto per l intero processo decisionale;
- Analizzare i principali rischi connessi alle operazioni valutate;
- Gestire le relazioni con le parti interessate alle varie operazioni compresi consulenti e parti esterne;
- Predisporre la documentazione per i necessari comitati decisionali.
La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea magistrale in ambito economico/finanziario;
- Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni maturata in primarie società di consulenza/revisione o in ruoli similari;
- Ottima conoscenza delle principali metodologie/tecniche di valutazione e di financial modelling;
- Conoscenza avanzata di Excel;
- Buone conoscenze degli aspetti contabili, analisi di bilancio e delle normative fiscali.
Capacità analitiche e di problem solving, predisposizione al lavoro in team e orientamento al risultato completano il profilo.
Luogo di lavoro: Milano (centro).
Orario di lavoro: full time, 38 ore settimanali, da lunedì a venerdì.
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
CCNL Elettrici, inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in fase di colloquio e saranno commisurati alla reale esperienza del candidato.
