la figura professionale ricercata di PLANNER - pianificazione della produzione dovrà svolgere all'interno di un team di lavoro di le seguenti attività;
Pianificare e sequenziare gli ordini e le operazioni di produzione/manutenzione allo scopo di ottimizzare il risultato produttivo
- Valutare il fabbisogno delle risorse produttive
- Emettere e condividere i piani di lavoro all'interno dell'organizzazione
- Monitorare e relazionare costantemente sull'avanzamento della produzione e l'aderenza al piano
- Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per il raggiungimento del miglior risultato operativo
**Skills & Experience**: i requisiti indispensabili per lo svolgimento del ruolo di Planner sono
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equilvalente
- Buona conoscenza dell'utilizzo del PC e degli applicativi di MS Office, gradita la conoscenza di Access
- Conoscenza delle logiche di MRP e schedulazione delle risorse produttive
- Capacità di analisi e problem-solving unite a buone competenze organizzative
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Competenze tecniche, anche non specifiche del settore
Completano il profilo: spiccate doti di pianificazione e programmazione del lavoro, attitudine al lavoro in team, precisione, organizzazione e gestione del tempo, capacità realizzative, capacità di ascolto
