Descrizione del lavoro

Sia Partners ricerca un **Project Manager** per le sedi di Milano e Roma da inserire nella Practice **IT Strategy and CIO Advisory** in progetti di organizzazione, revisione di processi e trasformazione digitale.

I progetti riguarderanno le seguenti tematiche d'intervento:

- Organizzazione IT e IT Governance
- IT project and Program Management
- Strategie di sourcing, Make or Buy, BPO
- Riduzione della complessità applicativa e infrastrutturale
- IT Risk Management and Compliance, IT security
- Software Asset Management
- Data Governance e Data Strategy
- Trasformazione dei processi IT di Demand (Portfolio management...), Delivery (es: Test management, Release management...) e Service (es: Incident e Problem management...) con modelli ITIL, COBIT, CMMI
- Mobile e Digital strategy
- Lean IT

Se vorrete inoltre contribuire in modo pro-attivo alla crescita e allo sviluppo della Service Line (workshops, pubblicazioni, analisi di mercato, partecipazione ai seminari ed eventi tematici) Sia Partners è il posto giusto per esprimersi.

Qualifiche

Percorso accademico: Laurea Magistrale in Tecnologia e Sistemi, Economia, Ingegneria.

Esperienza maturata: 3 - 6 anni in primarie società di consulenza o all'interno di strutture progettuali IT di aziende multinazionali dei settori Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, GDO Retail, Energy & Utilities.

Competenze linguistiche: utilizzo professionale dell'inglese; la buona conoscenza del francese costituisce titolo preferenziale.

Soft skills:

- Entusiasmo e proattività;
- Capacità di analisi e sintesi;
- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;
- Forte orientamento al problem solving.
