Internship EMEA Contract Manufacturing (CM)

Activities:

The resource will support the team members in:

1. Business Process Efficiency

Map existing processes Look for opportunities to optimize, simplify, automate Prepare documentation to formalize new processes Example of processes: materials management at CM suppliers, creation of CM scorecards, CM performance management

2. Analysis, Reporting, Admin Support

Supports the CM Ops Manager and CM Director in the preparation of StratPlan, budget and revised budgets Generic support in mapping contracts, updating price lists, researching the market Support Ops Manager to analyse the transition to full service model Perform SAP activities Any other similar activities

3. Projects

Lead 1 or 2 specific initiatives in the CM plan, for example implement the process of materials management at CM suppliers

Training objectives:

Supplier relationship coordination; Co-management of cross-functional activities on Innovation projects; Sustainability; Business processes improvement; Reporting;

Skills to be acquired:

The resource will be able to understand the dynamics and the complexity of a structured and articulated context, with particular focus on activities and processes in the third-parties manufacturing and procurement area.

IT skills:

Proficient Microsoft User, in particular Excel and Powerpoint

Personal skills:

Ready to work in team; Analytical/quantitative mindset; Orientation to result. Pragmatism to problem solving.

Language proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English.
