Per azienda leader nel settore arredo selezioniamo un/una Communication Manager.

Il profilo ricercato, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Marketing, dovrà occuparsi della **gestione** delle **attività di comunicazione aziendale**, sia interne che esterne, e dovrà contribuire a **creare un'immagine coerente** e **positiva** per l'azienda, veicolando il messaggio aziendale in modo efficace a dipendenti, clienti, partner e al pubblico in generale.

Nello specifico, le **attività** della risorsa **saranno**:

- Pianificare e implementare una strategia di comunicazione aziendale efficace per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Creare, sviluppare e distribuire contenuti attraverso diversi canali come siti web, social media, stampa;
- Occuparsi della reputazione aziendale: monitorare la percezione del pubblico e gestire eventuali criticità o questioni di immagine;
- Gestire i rapporti con i media e promuovere l'immagine aziendale attraverso comunicati stampa, interviste ed altri strumenti di PR;
- Monitorare la comunicazione tra dipendenti, dirigenti ed altri stakeholder interni;
- Valutare l'efficacia della strategia di comunicazione ed adattarla in base ai risultati;
- Gestire eventi interni ed esterni;
- Rapportarsi con: agenzia stampa, agenzia social, enti territoriali, redazioni giornalistiche, stakeholder del mondo della comunicazione.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea Magistrale
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni
- Office 365, Power BI

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
