Per aiutarci a monitorare la performance aziendale, e a definire una struttura aziendale agile e pronta a future evoluzioni, siamo alla ricerca di una figura con un forte background economico per gestire la funzione di Pianificazione e Controllo di Gestione.

**Il tuo ruolo**

Ricoprendo il ruolo di Financial Planning & Control Manager sarai responsabile del team di controllo di gestione aziendale.

In stretta collaborazione con la direzione finanziaria del Gruppo Maps, ti occuperai di gestire le attività mirate a mantenere un costante monitoraggio della "performance" aziendale, con il compito di supportare le diverse funzioni aziendali affinché vengano raggiunti gli obiettivi prefissati, e di fornire al management tutti gli elementi necessari per prendere decisioni su eventuali strategie correttive.

Offrirai un supporto fondamentale nella gestione del budget della società, garantendo una analisi accurata della situazione aziendale, proponendo una pianificazione dei costi e un monitoraggio continuo, mirato ad individuare gli scostamenti.

Ci aspettiamo il tuo contributo per una efficace interpretazione e valutazione delle attività aziendali, così come il tuo supporto per analizzare i processi amministrativi delle aziende di nuova acquisizione e favorirne l'integrazione con la capogruppo.

**Nello specifico ti occuperai di**:

- Impostare e gestire il processo di controllo di gestione aziendale;
- Monitorare l'andamento economico patrimoniale e analizzare i relativi scostamenti;
- Tenere sotto controllo gli obiettivi di budget e identificare eventuali margini di miglioramento;
- Analizzare i KPI aziendali e fornire una lettura critica, producendo reportistiche periodiche;
- Allinearti con i responsabili delle varie Business Unit per migliorare il flusso di dati finanziari attraverso i processi aziendali;
- Produrre report mensili per gli investitori basati sui risultati economico-finanziari;
- Organizzare il processo di budgeting e pianificazione strategica e sviluppare scenari previsionali;
- Predisporre analisi dei ricavi, costi, redditività, investimenti e degli scostamenti rispetto al budget e all'anno precedente;

**Cosa cerchiamo in te**:

- Laurea in ambito economico o finanziario;
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni in controllo di gestione maturata presso società strutturate o di auditing;
- Conoscenza di metodi per effettuare le rilevazioni contabili, nonché per stendere ed analizzare il bilancio;
- Competenze tecniche per la rilevazione del fabbisogno finanziario;
- Capacità di analizzare le informazioni finanziarie e spiegarle chiaramente;
- Pensiero analitico e forte acume numerico;
- Capacità di analisi delle strutture e processi lavorativi in merito all'organizzazione aziendale;
- Capacità di analisi e di reporting;
- Proattività, orientamento ai risultati;
- Conoscenza di software gestionali;
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office (Excel/Power Point);
- Capacità organizzative e di problem solving;
