In this role you will act as a co-pilot for the Technical Department/Factories that means: support all of industrial stakeholders in order to make a clear vision and to make an easier decision making.

Main activities are linked to industrial performance analysis, provide Dynamic Forecast on costs of production, ensuring the compliance in accordance with Nestlé Accounting Standard.

You will be the main point of contact especially for factory controllers between plants and head office.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER SPECIALIST

  • Provide and coordinate the Industrial Budget Process
  • Perform revision of the P&L forecast with focus on accuracy (per plants/brands). Timely share all risk and opportunities to facilitate decision making process
  • Ensure a correct month closing with the Nestlè accounting standard respect. Perform analysis with the objective to find major gaps in order to guarantee full transparency
  • Analyse industrial impacts linked to a Capex request. Coordinate all of stakeholders and consolidate datas for each function in order to achieve Financial Justification output
  • Provide Innovation and Renovation evaluation on formula and packaging modification
  • Calculation of Transfer Price in order to provide an review data on a quarterly basis
  • Challenge assumption for costs improvement in factories based on internal and external benchmarking information on factories performances and costs

WHAY WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • University Degree in Economics or Finance
  • At least 4/5 experience in Industrial or Supply Chain Controlling
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of Excel, SAP and Forecast Simulation Tool are nice to have
  • Strong relational and communication skills in order to manage different stakeholders across the whole company
