Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceSupervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followedMaintain all guest rooms, public areas and heart of the house areas; ensuring that the highest standard of cleanliness is metMonitor labour costs while ensuring effective scheduling and department productivityAssist with preventative maintenance programs while working with the Chief EngineerAddress guest concerns and react quickly; logging and notifying proper departments as requiredManage the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible mannerEnsure effective communication, including coaching and performance managementAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingsFollow departmental policies and proceduresReport necessary maintenance itemsFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assigned Qualifications What we're looking for...
