What You Can Expect:

In this position you will support the daily work of HR Manager Italy and the whole HR department. You will also work with various business stakeholders on a regular basis.

This is a temporary position with 1 year contract that gives a great opportunity to bring your existing HR knowledge and put them in practice.

You'll have chance to learn about the internal structure of the company locally/internationally and learn more about labor law and personnel management.


How You Create Impact:

  • You will be in charge of HR processes (onboarding, induction, development, compensation and benefit, retention, exit);
  • You will effectively collaborate with the whole HR Department in deploying all HR initiatives;
  • You will support in Time and attendance, HR documentations, communications and contracts;
  • You will monitor and anticipate the risks associated with the daily management of employees;
  • You will collaborate in updating recurring HR reports

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • You have proper knowledge of HR legal standards, and you are able to monitor and anticipate the risks associated with the daily management of employees
  • Preferably you have knowledge of Zucchetti T&A and Adp Celergo
  • Your English is at an advanced level so you can collaborate with international colleagues
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office
  • You have proven knowledge of main HR processes (Administration/Recruiting/Training and Development, Compensation & Benefit)
