Responsibilities:

We are looking for a V.I.E.

to join a team which is highly regarded both within the organization and in the Italian market, having arranged a series of first class transactions both in the renewable and infrastructure sectors.

The V.I.E.

Project Finance Analyst will benefit from a sustained workflow and a friendly team spirit which creates a perfect atmosphere for an individual who is willing to learn and grow.


He/She will be involved in:

Main tasks will include:

  • Supporting the team through all phases of the origination and marketing phases (reputational checks, conflict clearance, preparation of pitching / marketing material, etc.)
  • Financial modeling: working on and analyzing cash flow models and running sensitivities
  • Reviewing due diligence materials (market, technical, insurance, legal, tax)
  • Providing support in structuring of the transactions: drafting/reviewing the term sheet and reviewing the key features of the financing documentation
  • Portfolio management activities (waiver, amendments, annual reviews etc.)
  • Updating the internal monitoring tools
  • Tracking and monitoring the business unit's results
  • New client onboarding and periodic KYC check
Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary.

Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.

Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Profile required:

Studies & experience:

  • Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economic Science
  • A previous experience in Project Finance would be appreciated

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office
  • Good communication and presentation skills
