**Management Assistant Internship**:
Il tirocinante riporta direttamente al Management Assistant e al Regulatory Affairs Manager.

L'obiettivo principale è supportare l'organizzazione e l'esecuzione di compiti amministrativi e organizzativi.

**Aree di responsabilità**:
**Segretariato e Amministrazione**
- Filtrare i messaggi in entrata nella casella di posta elettronica, le cui eventuali attività richieste vengono immediatamente raccolte e gestite in modo indipendente.
- Supportare l'organizzazione e la preparazione di meeting, redigendo sia l'agenda dei punti da discutere che report finali, raccogliendo e inoltrando documenti se necessario.
- Supportare la gestione della casella di posta certifica dell'azienda, smistando i messaggi agli interlocutori interni e, quando necessario, agire e garantire il completamento delle azioni richieste.
- Collaborare alla redazione di lettere e/o messaggi di posta elettronica sulla base delle istruzioni del/i Responsabile/i.
- Supportare la redazione di report scritti delle riunioni e discussioni dei membri della direzione e/o del Management Team, condividere i verbali con le parti interessate e archiviare i verbali e i documenti pertinenti in modo ben organizzato.

**Gestione Viaggi Aziendali**
- Organizzare le trasferte aziendali per i dipendenti. In particolare: biglietteria treni o aerei, noleggio auto, alberghi, cambi di prenotazione.

**Regulatory Affairs**
- Supportare il Regulatory Affairs Manager nel garantire la conformità continua ai requisiti di sicurezza, legislativi e normativi, lavorando in collaborazione con tecnici di prodotto, acquirenti, uffici nazionali, agenti di approvvigionamento e fornitori.

- Hai conseguito o stai conseguendo una Laurea in scienze umanistiche o scientifiche
- Hai passione e curiosità per il setore Retail
- Sei disponibile almeno 30 ore alla settimana
- Hai una conoscenza ottima della lingua Inglese sia orale che scritta
- Hai ottime capacità organizzative e un ottimo orientamento al risultato
