**Project Manager - Data Center**

Ricerchiamo profili di **Project manager** da inserire sulla nostra sede di Roma (Pomezia) nell'ambito nella funzione _Data Center Management, _che assicura il coordinamento centralizzato delle attività di allocazione delle risorse dei Data Center presidiando il loro percorso evolutivo e di adeguamento ai fabbisogni emergenti, in logica di ottimizzazione del loro utilizzo.

**Attività**:

- Assicurare la governance dei progetti legati a soluzioni infrastrutturali di impiantistiche di Data Center in termini di impianti LAN cablati, elettrificazione delle sale e condizionamento;
- Monitorare le performances dei progetti e dei gruppi di lavoro che vi partecipano;
- Gestire strumenti per supportare lo sviluppo dei progetti;
- Favorire l'interlavoro e lo scambio continuo di informazioni;
- Rendicontare nei comitati gli stati di avanzamento;
- Predisporre stime economiche e pianificazioni;
- Organizzare meeting di kick-off.

- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello avanzato;
- Tecniche di Program e Project Management;
- Tecniche di predisposizione di stime economiche;
- Conoscenza di processi standard IT;
- Metodologie Agile&DevOps;
- KPI/KPO.

**Requisiti graditi**:

- Conoscenza dei principali standard costruttivi delle infrastrutture Data Center con particolare focus sui cablaggi e gli impianti di sala;
- Conoscenza delle normative sulla sicurezza sul lavoro (81/08) e sulla sicurezza informatica;
- Conoscenza delle principali Certificazioni di processo e tecniche Internazionali (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000, SOC1, SOC2, ISO 50001, ANSI/TIA 942, UPTIME INSTITUTE);
- Conoscenza del Mercato della Colocation Data Center
- Esperienza su ambienti cloud(Google, MS Azure, AWS):

- Possesso della certificazione PMI (o assimilabili).
