Sei appassionat* di Retail e sei alla ricerca di un percorso per acquisire competenze all'interno di un contesto multinazionale e dinamico dove la passione per l'arredamento è "DI CASA";
- Buone capacità analitiche e conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolar modo di EXCEL (per analisi dei dati);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
- Capacità di problem solving e approccio innovativo;
- Voglia di mettersi in gioco, oltre di imaprare essere in prima linea al fine di far accadere le cose;
- Ottime capacità di ascolto e comunicazione. Cosa farai ogni giorno Attraverso questo percorso di stage e un progetto formativo focalizzato sulle attività di Servizio Clienti, entrerai a far parte del nostro team. Incontrerai il cliente ogni giorno e lo supporterai durante la sua Shopping Experience. Guidato dal tuo Tutor aziendale e assieme al tuo Team avrai modo di: - Accogliere il cliente, comprenderne il bisogno, offrendogli una completa "Home Furnishing Solution". - Fornire il tuo contributo per rendere il processo di acquisto semplice e favorire sempre una fantastica shopping experience. - Analizzare e monitorare i feedback dei nostri clienti. - Elaborare degli action plan in base alle esigenze del cliente. - Imparare la corretta applicazione di policies e routine legate ai servizi offerti al cliente (finanziamenti, resi, pianificazione consegne e montaggio, ecc.).
