Guidato dal tuo Tutor aziendale e assieme al tuo Team avrai modo di: - Accogliere il cliente, comprenderne il bisogno, offrendogli una completa "Home Furnishing Solution". - Fornire il tuo contributo per rendere il processo di acquisto semplice e favorire sempre una fantastica shopping experience. - Analizzare e monitorare i feedback dei nostri clienti. - Elaborare degli action plan in base alle esigenze del cliente. - Imparare la corretta applicazione di policies e routine legate ai servizi offerti al cliente (finanziamenti, resi, pianificazione consegne e montaggio, ecc.).
