**Posizione**:
Guber Banca è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire all'interno della funzione Special Situation Lending come Investment Manager.

Nello specifico la persona andrà ad occuparsi delle seguenti attività:

- Supportare il responsabile della funzione nell'analisi delle nuove opportunità di investimento;
- Supporto nella predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per la presentazione dell'opportunità all'interno del comitato investimenti;
- Gestione del processo di investimento e del rapporto con gli Advisors dell'operazione;
- Attività di monitoring delle posizioni in portafoglio.

**Requisiti**:
La persona che cerchiamo possiede:

- Laurea in Economia oppure Finanza;
- Capacità di creare e gestire in autonomia modelli di valutazione in Excel;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ambito Corporate Finance maturata presso primarie società di consulenza oppure fondi di investimento;
- Buone capacità analitiche e di negoziazione;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (conoscenza avanzata di excel e powerpoint);
- Capacità relazionali, un forte orientamento al risultato ed ha una predisposizione a lavorare bene in team per raggiungere obiettivi comuni.

Saranno considerati plus:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza in abito Restructuring o Real Estate.

La sede di lavoro è Milano.
