Principali responsabilità
La risorsa svolgerà un lavoro di raccordo tra il team Tecnico e il Team Qualità (con riporto diretto al Quality Manager) e si occuperà di: R apportarsi con gli enti certificatori e seguire il processo di certificazione prodotto; Coordinarsi con i tecnici del reparto R&D e progettazione per allinearsi sulle specifiche tecniche; Collaborare a definire gli standard aziendali di progettazione; Gestire le richieste interne ed esterne in merito a certificazioni/omologazioni ; Gestire l'avanzamento dei progetti di certificazione/omologazione assegnati (definizione milestones, deliverable, risorse, tempi e rischi). La figura lavorerà sia in fase prototipale (per nuovi prodotti e componenti) che su prodotti già esistenti.
Principali caratteristiche richieste
Titolo di Studio: Laurea triennale o magistrale inIngegneria Gestionale/Meccatronica/Elettronica o indirizzi equivalenti. La ricerca è rivolta a coloro che abbiano maturato unaprecedente esperienza nella medesima mansione di almeno 3 anni in aziendestrutturate in ambito automotive (ideale se su veicoli, possibilmente elettrici). Vorremmo incontrare candidati conun'ottima conoscenza degli standard di certificazione in ambito elettrico e veicolare (a titolo esemplificativo: EMC, sicurezza elettrica, prove ambientali, prove meccaniche, analisi dei rischi, valutazione PL/SIL, normative mercato americano). La figura ricercata dovrà possedere, inoltre, una conoscenza completa del pacchetto Office e della lingua inglese (livello B2) . Competenze trasversal i: Vorremmo incontrare persone brillanti che sappianolavorare in team con buone capacità di pianificareeorganizzareil lavoro inmaniera autonoma, capaci di interagire trasversalmente sia con figure tecniche che operanti in ambito qualità. Candidati motivati ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita in un contesto sfidante e motivante. Proattività, buone capacità comunicativeerelazionali con il clientee diproblem solvingcompletano il profilo richiesto
