RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT APPARTENENTE ALLE CATEGORIE PROTETTE (LEGGE 68/99)
Di cosa ti occuperai: in questo ruolo, all'interno del team di filiale, avrai la responsabilità dell'intero processo di selezione del personale, dalla ricerca alla valutazione, fino alla presentazione della candidatura all'azienda cliente.
Collaborerai con il team della tua filiale, gestirai la relazione con le candidature, le aziende clienti e gli enti strategici, al fine di diventare un punto di riferimento sul territorio, aumentando il tuo livello di responsabilità su queste attività, in base al grado di autonomia che riuscirai a raggiungere.
Supporterai le aziende clienti nell'analisi delle loro esigenze, orientandole verso la migliore soluzione e il profilo più idoneo, fornendo una consulenza professionale.
Sei la persona ideale se hai un'esperienza maturata nell'ambito delle Agenzie per il Lavoro, o comunque nell'ambito delle risorse umane in contesti strutturati. Hai una laurea preferibilmente in materie umanistico-economiche, uno spiccato interesse per il mondo delle risorse umane e un forte desiderio di metterti alla prova. Completano il profilo: customer orientation, forti doti di empatia e ascolto, spiccato orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, conoscenza della lingua inglese, ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto office.
