Supporting the new global strategy, we technologically boost and standardize the solutions adopted, empowering Decathlon sport market to the next level.

As part of the
Italian IT Retail Support Team,
your main focus will be:

  • Support and maintain with efficiency the IT infrastructure of specific sites (stores, headquarters).
  • Be the referent for specific Hardware and Software products adopted in the Retail business area.
  • Actively contribute to the IT Support executing device configurations and troubleshooting
  • Write, Follow and facilitate IT procedure and their adoption.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Digital/Technology passion with knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Analytical skills and adopting a methodical approach.
  • Fluent in English (B1 or higher).

Nice to have:

  • Technical/Engineering Degree
  • Prior experience(s) in IT Department or Tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • One (or more) successful experience(s) in the Supply Chain or Retailers
