La risorsa si occuperà nello specifico:
- Monitoraggio e gestione di disservizi e criticità individuate a seguito di analisi interne o segnalate dai clienti ai quali vanno presentate azioni correttive dei problemi evidenziati;
- Analisi economiche produttività su C.E. per targa con relativa analisi di quei mezzi aziendali che non portano redditività rispetto al target aziendale individuarne quindi le disfunzioni e presentare soluzioni,
- Raccolta e analisi giornaliera segnalazioni e disservizi, controllo avanzamento soluzioni, feedback all'ente interessato;
- Verifica che gli accordi contrattuali e commerciali assunti con i Clienti siano funzionali e vengano rispettati,
- Analisi dei KPI operativi, flussi di traffico, processi operativi;
- Strutturare reportistica giornaliera con analisi e azioni sul personale operativo, relazionando la direzione sugli interventi e risoluzioni;
- Raccolta dati dai reparti di competenza per monitorare l'analisi circa esecuzione di telefonate di posizione del personale viaggiante, manutenzione brand-identity della flotta aziendale, monitoraggio consumi carburante, Analisi di rientro documento POD;
Requisiti richiesti:
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare utilizzo evoluto di fogli di calcolo);
Precedente esperienza in attività di controlling,
Preferibile esperienza nel settore del trasporto o comunque in un settore di vendita servizi e non prodotti,
Precisione, determinazione e costanza,
comunicazione efficace e doti relazionali con autisti, clienti, fornitori e colleghi
buona gestione dello stress e dei carichi di lavoro
Flessibilità oraria
