Ensuring to the organizational area of competence the collection of specific needs in the ICT field and the monitoring of the service level, providing the proactive and innovative support necessary to guarantee the operation, development, and maintenance of HW & SW technologies in line with the business plan objectives.

• Identify and understand the needs of the Wind & Solar business, ensuring the internal customer the most effective ICT solutions, in line with the corporate strategy and ICT guidelines.
• Define, in coordination with the Manager and the other ICT areas, the most effective IT solutions to support Business processes.
• Ensure the administration and management of the relevant systems.
• Manage the scouting, analysis and development of ICT solutions that meet the needs of corporate structures.
• Carry out software analysis and development activities to expand the functionalities of the systems in use and to create new systems.
• Ensure the correct implementation, management, and maintenance of the solutions by managing relationships with any outsourcers.
• Collaborate in defining ICT security policies and procedures and ensure compliance with them.
• Contribute to the definition of the opex / capex budget according to agreed times and methodologies.
• Eventually support colleagues in managing the most common issues (basic troubleshooting, basic system training...)

• Experience in managing the Demand ICT process
• Experience in drafting technical specifications and tender specifications
• Experience in project management
• Experience in managing suppliers

• Fluent English
• French and/or German and/or Italian will be considered a plus

• Good knowledge of first level SCADA systems (Nordex and Vestas will constitute the qualifying aspect) and second level (VireoX Sirius will constitute the qualifying aspect)
• Knowledge of modern Analytics and BI systems (eg MS Power BI)
• Knowledge of the main industrial communication protocols (IEC104, OPC family, Modbus family)

• Good knowledge of wind and solar photovoltaic technologies
• Knowledge of the processes related to the operation of the control rooms
• Knowledge of industrial performance control processes and issues
• Knowledge of operation & maintenance processes and predictive maintenance issues and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of electrical substations (reading as built singleline diagrams)
• Good system analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of the Capex / Opex budget process
