Agro Technical Sales Specialist

La risorsa sarà responsabile delle attività di vendita dei prodotti (batteri) per il settore agro, dalle fasi di prevendita a quelle di post vendita e avrà il compito di:

- Analizzare gli studi di mercato e i prodotti della concorrenza, comprendendo le abitudini di consumo e l'evoluzione delle aspettative dei clienti;
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali definiti dal BU Executive leader nel rispetto delle caratteristiche funzionali dei prodotti che soddisfino i bisogni dei clienti;
- Proporre attivamente la gamma dei prodotti (batteri) ai clienti (nuovi ed esistenti);
- Svolgere attività di ricerca, sviluppo e fidelizzazione della relazione con i clienti al fine di incrementare vendite e marginalità, con focus iniziale in Italia, successivamente in EU (breve periodo) e nei prossimi anni con clienti extra EU.
- Fornire assistenza técnica di primo livello al cliente nelle fasi di post-vendita collaborando con altri enti aziendali (es. produzione/confezionamento, amministrazione, logística e spedizioni) per evadere le richieste dei clienti.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laureato in Agraria o laurea affine. Costituisce un plus essere agronomo con pregressa esperienza nell'applicazione di prodotti e metodiche rivolte al settore agrario, in particolare: delle produzioni vegetali, della loro difesa e delle risorse utilizzate;
- Capacità relazionali;
- Esperienza lavorativa di settore almeno triennale;
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato.
