Il ruolo è all'interno di un Team che si occupa quotidianamente di offrire ai clienti, con urgenza e tempestività, le migliori soluzioni relative al servizio richiesto, attraverso la nostra rete di esperti.
La missione principale di questo ruolo è fornire ai nostri clienti un servizio che punta all'eccellenza, monitorandone tutti i passaggi e tenendo sempre presente quali sono le esigenze dell'utente finale.
**A titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo**:
- Gestione richieste di assistenza ed altri servizi inbound
- Ricezione della telefonata del cliente ed inserimento delle informazioni nel sistema
- Identificazione del contratto di riferimento, analisi della richiesta del cliente
- Verifica delle garanzie del contratto - Confronto con il medico di turno se necessario
- Scelta della soluzione migliore da offrire al cliente, attivazione del fornitore ed eventuale richiesta al fornitore del costo dell'intervento
- Gestione richieste di assistenza ed altri servizi per conto delle altre Direzioni di Zona (dossier Internazionali)
- Attività Post-Assistenza (data entry, noleggi, gestione mail, gestione piattaforme compagnie clienti, archiviazione documentazione relativa ai dossier...)
- Controllo buon esito del servizio
- Gestione attività/comunicazioni outbound, anche non telefoniche
- Gestione e correzione anomalie
