- Coordinare le presentazioni e aiutare il team di presentazione a prepararsi, incluso scrivere presentazioni nazionali e transfrontaliere, proposte e credenziali, garantendo l'applicazione della pratica di presentazione.Targeting e sviluppo dei clienti:

- Supportare il Responsabile di Marketing e Sviluppo Aziendale nelle iniziative di targeting dei clienti e nelle analisi.
- Aiutare i team nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti.Infrastruttura e sistemi di marketing:

- Raccogliere informazioni e mantenere informazioni sugli affari, presentazioni/proposte, credenziali, ecc.
- Mantenere e analizzare regolarmente i principali sistemi informativi di Marketing e Sviluppo Aziendale e la raccolta di materiali centralmente, inclusi il registro delle presentazioni, l'intranet.
- Favorire l'uso completo ed efficace del database CRM dello studio. Aumento del profilo e campagne di marketing:

- Coordinare eventi/seminari/webinar per i clienti in collaborazione con il team degli eventi, fungendo da 'Coordinatore di Account' per i clienti interni.
- Contribuire al processo di reportistica sulle operazioni dello studio
- Scrivere, modificare e produrre comunicazioni di marketing, tra cui, ad esempio, dichiarazioni di credenziali, presentazioni, brochure, avvisi interni ed esterni, newsletter e testi web.Iniziative di sviluppo aziendale più ampie:

- Contribuire allo sforzo più ampio di Marketing e Sviluppo Aziendale, che includerà la partecipazione a iniziative e progetti specifici dello studio, se necessario.
- Gestire richieste occasionali sulle aree di pratica o sui clienti da altre parti dello studio o da membri del team di Marketing e Sviluppo Aziendale.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- Conoscenze e esperienza pregresse di lavoro in uno studio legale e/o in un ruolo di pratica aziendale e finanziaria sarebbero vantaggiose
- Una comprensione generale del mercato legale (in termini di principali attori e aree di prodotto) per agevolare la familiarità con la terminologia e aggiungere il massimo valore possibile durante le interazioni con i partner.
- Una solida comprensione del mondo commerciale e dei suoi fattori trainanti
- Una solida comprensione dei processi di marketing e sviluppo aziendale
- Un forte interesse per lo sviluppo personale e molta iniziativa
- Un giocatore di squadra proattivo e entusiasta con un'attitudine positiva
- Capacità di creare un impatto positivo con colleghi, pari, partner e clienti e dimostrare abilità di diplomazia, ascolto e influenza
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale con un occhio ai dettagli e la capacità di scrivere in modo convincente
