Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Psychologist at MantraCare. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling, conducting psychological assessments, and delivering personalized wellness programs. They will also provide expert guidance on stress management and work-life balance to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Psychology and Mental Health expertise
  • Proficient in counseling and providing psychological assessments
  • Strong knowledge of medicine and its impact on mental health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Experience in employee wellbeing and engagement is a plus
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
