HR Admin and Comp&Ben Specialist
Department:

Main activities:
drafting of employment and consultancy contracts, part-time, role changes, merit increases, bonuses, non-compete agreements
reporting preparation and analysis
updating and managing HR software systems (Peoplesoft, Avature, Talent Coach.)
managing the onboarding/offboarding processes of new hires and dismissals, including employee records and maintaining HR database
administering employee benefits programs, such as Health insurances and Welfare programs
responsible for transferring employee information to the payroll department
participating in salary budget planning and forecasting
support in monitoring and analyzing compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements (internal and external benchmarks and gender pay gap analysis)
support in administering and managing employee compensation plans, including base salary, bonuses, retention plans
ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR matters
assisting the colleagues in the HR Team with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
Skills:
a background in legal services/labor law/economics will be considered a plus.
previous experience of at least 1 or 2 years working in HR within a global and complex organization.
excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and take a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
