With the launch of our ad-supported model in 12 major markets including Italy, we are now working toward providing more choices for consumers and a premium brand experience for advertisers.

We are now seeking a Head of Advertising Sales, Italy to help shape the global sales strategy for Netflix.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the advertising sales strategy for Italy to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and media owners to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the advertising sales team in Italy.
  • Monitor market trends, and competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation.

We're looking for:

  • 15+ years of experience in advertising (incl. sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required for this role.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish advertising ecosystem and an established network of relationships with regional advertisers and agencies' arm.
  • Experience in both TV/Video and digital advertising sales
  • Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally.
  • A deep curiosity about our global business and an ability to quickly build global IQ and an understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
  • Open to the challenge of starting a new business, comfortable with risk, uncertainty and ambiguity
