What you will do
Support end to end project implementation coordinating projects planning activities for all projects phases (Initiating, Planning executing, closing and monitor & Controlling).
Execute and maintain project plan:
- Support WBS (work breakdown structure) creation
- Track the plan involving all responsible players
- Support the core team meetings report out
- Maintain and track project action register
- Take under control project Capital and expenses
- With project leader support estimates and track project resources
- Produce project updates documentation.
Must have- Bachelor or Master Degree in technical fields (preferred Management Eng years in similar roles, but can also be the first job- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.- Demonstrate self motivation Ability to operate in cross functional and global teams- Knowledge of most common project management software
Nice to have- PMI certification
