- 2-4 anni di esperienza in posizioni di Revenue Manager.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in materie economiche/statistiche.
- Spiccate competenze informatiche.
- Conoscenza della tecnologia degli hotel: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets.

Ti occuperai di:- Gestire le operatività quotidiane delle strategie di revenue;
- Analizzare il pick up giornaliero ed effettuare aggiustamenti strategici e tattici;
- Effettuare analisi sul competitive set e monitorare i trend del mercato;
- Creare e gestire il calendario previsionale creando e gestendo le strategie di prezzo in relazione agli obiettivi della direzione, suddivisi per segmento di mercato;
- Gestire e monitorare la strategia di distribuzione di tutti i canali diretti ed indiretti;
- Analizzare i risultati di performance mensili e fornire un report con consigli su come migliorare la strategia a lungo termine;
- Accertarsi che i sistemi informatici siano impostati correttamente e che la gestione dei dati sia corretta;
- Accertarsi che il b.e. delle strutture siano aggiornati e funzionanti;
- Lavorare in concerto con il senior revenue, reparto vendita e prenotazione della catena;
- Forecasting della domanda, gestione dell'inventory;
- Valutare le performance dei canali di distribuzione.
