As a Marketing Manager for our North East properties you are a brilliant mind who enjoys creating charming contents and coordinating all kind of marketing activities for our Hotels.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Management of the Hotel Budget for our north east properties regarding Marketing activities/initiatives.
  • Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives.
  • Support the General Managers of our north east properties in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which each Hotel is linked.
  • Direct management of influencers, press/journalists in the Hotels, coordination of press trips and influencer trips.
  • Develop a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents and local press.
  • Organization (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnerships.
  • Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions.
  • Coordination of content development and editorial plan for the Hotels social channels.
  • Coordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns.
  • Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations);
  • Creation of an in-house calendar of events;
  • Enhancement, in collaboration with the Director of Luxury Sales, of Marketing & Communication opportunities with "The Leading Hotels of the World", travel agencies and luxury operators (Luxury Travel Networks);
  • Define the communication plan and calendar of events in collaboration with the partners identified for Food & Beverage management;

  • Proven experience in the role.
  • Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of the most popular social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers.
