Mission Come Change and Launch Coordinator, collaborerai a sfidanti progetti in campo automotive. Sarai l'interfaccia tra il Project Management, le funzioni globali e il sito produttivo per i nuovi progetti designati; ti verrà assegnato un team di progetto interno composto da membri nominati dai rispettivi responsabili di dipartimento.Come il tuo contributo farà la differenza Come Change and Launch Coordinator ti occuperai nello specifico di: Pianificazione, realizzazione e monitoraggio di progetti: coordina le attività all'interno dello stabilimento e crea report per monitorare tempistiche e scadenze al fine di garantire il lancio del progetto nei tempi stabiliti e apportare azioni correttive, se necessario;Change management: coordinamento delle attività legate alla gestione dei cambiamenti all'interno dei progetti assegnati dal punto di vista impiantistico e gestione delle modifiche designate (disegni, nuove varianti, sostituzioni ecc.) in relazione alle scadenze dei clienti e agli obiettivi concordati; è responsabile del flusso di materiale da/verso lo stock. Tracciamento dello stato delle modifiche: garantisce che la realizzazione delle modifiche designate avvenga con la quantità minima di scarti e adotta misure di sistema per ridurre al minimo gli scarti; Organizzazione della produzione dei campioni: è responsabile e supervisiona l'organizzazione della produzione dei campioni designati secondo le regole e le richieste interne, assicura la preparazione dei materiali per la realizzazione dei campioni, registra i campioni prodotti, organizza e partecipa alle regolari revisioni settimanali dei campioni designati con il reparto logistico.Experis è la società IT & Technology del Gruppo Manpower.

Experis ricerca Change and Launch Coordinator per potenziare la divisione Automotive nella sede di Torino.Le caratteristiche della persona che si unirà al Team Experis

• Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica, automotive, gestionale o affini

• Almeno due anni di esperienza maturati come Program o Project Manager

• Esperienza nella gestione di aspetti legati al change management

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

• Esperienza nel coordinamento di un team interfunzionale;

• Gradita esperienza nel mondo automotive.
