Multichannel Marketing Intern, New Cardiology:

  • Onsite Location(s): Milan, MI, ITWe are currently looking for a Multichannel Marketing Intern to join our New Cardiology division, in our offices in Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • _Support driving New Cardiology customer programs planning and execution:_ collaborating and coordinating with other functions (Marketing&Communication, Finance, Medical Affairs, etc.) to design the strategy, releasing schedule, programming milestones and deliverables;
- _Structuring the

New Cardiology Customer Programs Online Calendar:
_mapping EMEA & Local events, driving discussions with communication agencies and preparing official New Cardiology internal communication to EMEA countries;
- _Building the New Cardiology Customer Programs Toolbox, securing brand consistency across EMEA countries: _working closely with Marketing & Communication team to build the toolbox, supporting materials such as adverts, animations and e-invite templates
- _Support on NewCardiology social media content creation and publishing: _creating an editorial calendar with all organic posts of the division, getting the content validated by franchise and Marketing & Communication teams, perform benchmark with the competitors' behavior and propose ideas on how to improve company social media presence.

  • Support the touchpoints data storage and integration in order to enable the Multichannel team in executing the EMEA and local strategies using the key insights from 3rd party and internal activities.

What are we looking for in you:

  • Currently graduating or graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar related fields; life science background preferred.
  • Eligible and open to sign a fulltime internship agreements with a duration of 6 + 6 months;
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher);
  • Proficiency in working on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Problem solving;
  • Good marketing communication and social media skills;
  • High Independency, organizational skills to be able to manage and execute projects;
  • Flexible to work with new technology and have a willingness to learn and develop within the multichannel and marketing setting.
