Key Activities & Responsibilities Provides administrative support and assistance to the Group Head of Supply Chain and function members by:

Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents; Managing travel arrangements and filing expense reports; Arranging and coordinating meetings and events, both internal and off-site, taking care of both content and logistics (consolidating presentations, agenda, venue etc.) Participating in meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions; Maintaining calendar; Managing company correspondence; Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls; Managing incoming invoices, interacting with both external suppliers and the internal accounting department; Supporting specific projects as required.

Summary of Experience usually at least 3 years experience providing support at the executive level proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures Education / Professional Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree English language knowledge Skills: organizational and planning skills
