Europe is one of our most important and complex regions and we'd love to find someone who can help our internal Talent Acquisition Team understanding the different markets, geographies and cultures of Europe This is a role that will give you visibility, challenges, and a great sense of accomplishment.

You will take a role in recruiting for our European offices (mainly UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy).

Some of the activities that you will be responsible for are (but are not limited to):

  • Follow the hiring process from resume screening through to offer and onboarding stage;
  • Work with your regional hiring managers to identify the best profile and search strategy for your region;
  • Advertise job vacancies on appropriate channels (i.e. job boards, universities, recruitment fairs);
  • Work with Talent Leadership team in recruitment best practice related projects;
  • Partner with other components of the K2 People Office in order to drive engagement, DE&I initiatives and excellence projects;
Requirements & Skills
months of experience in a similar role;

  • Adept at building relationships, team collaboration, results driven and a positive attitude
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and determined to take the next step in your career
  • Proven track record in recruitment and excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and one (or more) of the following: Italian, French, Spanish, German
  • Start Date: March 4th 2024
