About The Team The Centric Pricing and Inventory Business Unit is a fast-growing, fast-paced team, with many exciting opportunities for the entrepreneurial-spirited individual who wants to be a part of the most innovative in-season pricing & inventory solutions in the industry.

This team requires a real sense of initiative and autonomy to deal with everyday situations.

Centric is aggressively penetrating the fashion/apparel, beauty, and home markets with solutions in Market Intelligence & Trends, and Price & Inventory optimization automation.

The ability to deal with customers and handle customer situations will be key.

Responsibilities Manage 2-4 onboarding projects as project manager in parallelResponsibility for planning and managing tasks & resources as well as budget and invoicing of onboarding projectsManage Change Request process for customers within onboarding projectsContinuously improve project management process, template and documentationEnsure time & effort is being accurately tracked by all project membersConstant communication about the progress and status with internal & external stakeholders.

Conduct post project evaluationsEnsure proper documentation about customer setup during onboardingWhat You Bring You have a degree in business administration, computer science or similar3+ years of experience in the successful implementation of complex projects in an agile working environment (best case with a Prince2 certificate) and in stakeholder managementYou have a convincing presence in the analytical SaaS environment and can present complex issues in a comprehensible way in your communication at all hierarchical levelsAt best, you have industry experience in retail or in the consumer goods industry (fashion/lifestyle) and you are passionate about digital tools and interested in artificial intelligenceYou enjoy working in a dynamic, diverse and multi-national team, Your English language skills are business fluent, additional languages are a plusEven if the customers are primarily served remotely, you are willing to travel from time to timeCentric Software provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, age, religion, protected veteran or disability status or genetic information.
